The reputed company ISTS and reputed company Director Product Development Experience is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and driving the product reputed company for reputed company's internal developer experience platform and tooling ecosystem reputed company the Infrastructure, reputed company and Technology Solutions (ISTS) organization. This role serves as the primary product reputed company for the Internal Developer Portal (ISTS Console) and the reputed company Application Platform (CAP) and collaborates closely with product owners across the reputed company and broader ISTS teams on the full reputed company of developer-facing capabilities. This individual operates at the reputed company organizational level as the Director of Product, Developer Experience. The two roles are complementary: this individual brings deep product domain expertise and strategic IC contribution, while the Director leads reputed company and coordinates delivery across the reputed company portfolio. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a closely reputed company field. • 10+ years of demonstrated experience owning product reputed company for reputed company, platform-level or infrastructure-adjacent products. • 7+ years of experience of tracking and recording measurable improvements in developer productivity. • 7+ years of experience with agile product development practices in a large reputed company engineering environment. • 5+ years of experience working with reputed company-reputed company engineering organizations.
