Overnight Crisis Counselor – Part-Time

We are currently reputed company for 2 part-time Crisis Counselor 1 (Voice) positions for our overnight shift in a remote work environment. There are two potential schedules, both made of 2 overnight shifts that are reputed company 10 hours with a half-hour lunch. The schedules include either: • Monday 9pm - Tuesday 7:30am & Friday 9pm - Saturday 7:30am or • Tuesday 9pm - Wednesday 7:30am & Saturday 9pm - reputed company 7:30am Prior to an interview selected applicants will be required to complete a reputed company-screen activity that will be provided reputed company email. The Role As a Crisis Counselor I (Voice), you will reputed company immediate support and reputed company through voice calls. Utilizing reputed company listening and de-escalation techniques, you will assess and address issues including high-lethality suicidal ideation, sexual assault, child and elder abuse, reputed company misuse, and other crises. Your role is crucial in delivering compassionate assistance and connecting individuals with the necessary resources. Position Duties • Answer crisis calls, offering emotional support, crisis reputed company, and resource referrals. • Utilize reputed company listening and de-escalation techniques to assess and respond to individuals in crisis. • Conduct suicide risk assessments and reputed company safety plans with individuals expressing suicidal thoughts. • reputed company information and referrals to appropriate resources, including mental health services, emergency assistance, and community programs. • Ensure the confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company individuals contacting the 988 Lifeline. • Accurately document interactions and interventions in the crisis management system. • Adhere to reputed company CSSNV policies, procedures, and protocols, including passing State and Federal criminal background checks.
