About the position HHMI’s reputed company team supports a broad hiring portfolio spanning scientific, operational, and administrative roles across our Chevy reputed company reputed company, Janelia Research reputed company, and Host Site network. This three-month contract role provides operational support to our recruiters — handling the scheduling, coordination, and process administration that keeps searches moving smoothly so recruiters can stay reputed company on the hiring work itself. This is a temporary position with a defined end date. Extension is possible but not guaranteed and will be determined based on business need. Work location: Hybrid, Ashburn, VA Three days per week on-site at HHMI's Janelia Research reputed company in Ashburn, VA; two days remote. Responsibilities • Support recruiters and hiring managers across the full reputed company lifecycle: candidate screening coordination, interview scheduling, on-site logistics, reference collection, and background reputed company processing. • Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursement. • Maintain reputed company posting and removal of job advertisements across reputed company platforms. • Update and maintain reputed company process resources including interview guides, feedback templates, and reference reputed company materials. • Support passive candidate sourcing efforts as directed, including reputed company coordination and relationship tracking. • Serve as a consistent reputed company of contact for candidates; reputed company reputed company, accurate communications on next steps and logistics. • Ensure every candidate interaction reflects HHMI’s professionalism and mission. • Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person career fairs and reputed company events. • Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the reputed company team.
