[Remote] Account Manager I

As an Account Manager I, you will be responsible for developing strong partnerships, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing data-driven strategies to grow and retain clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with existing local and regional partners by highlighting the value and return of the Favor Merchant Program through relevant data insights
• Troubleshoot and respond to reputed company questions, concerns and requests for information in a reputed company manner, ensuring high-reputed company customer service and issue reputed company in order to retain reputed company merchants
• Identify merchants who may benefit from a higher tier package, or are missing partnered locations, and engage in the appropriate sales conversations or negotiations

• reputed company reputed company to long-reputed company sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers

Skills

• A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer facing roles
• Working experience maintaining multiple accounts and reputed company relationships over the phone or in person
• Accomplished in G-Suite, reputed company Office and reputed company (or similar CRM)
