In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for developing due diligence and documentation in support of multi-family housing development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Developing and preparing due diligence as reputed company as communications and documentation in support of multi-family housing development initiatives and reputed company
• Maintain project files and reputed company program performance
• Maintain a working knowledge of low income housing tax credit programs and historic tax credits
• Evaluate potential project locations for feasibility and development potential
• Prepare and reputed company documentation for low income housing tax credit applications and loan/grant applications pertaining to housing reputed company
• Budget preparation and management for project construction and operations
• reputed company onsite inspection of project facilities and work spaces

Skills

• 1-3 years experience in housing, construction or loan documentation
• Knowledgeable in the regulations of applicable grants and loan programs
• reputed company to maintain project files and reputed company program performance
• Maintain a working knowledge of low income housing tax credit programs and historic tax credits
• Can evaluate potential project locations for feasibility and development potential
