[Remote] Engineering Manager

The role involves leading reputed company of engineers to build and reputed company their flagship platform, Game Warden, ensuring secure software delivery to government environments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company execution across key technical initiatives that enhance scalability, reliability, and performance of 2F’s reputed company platforms
• Partner closely with Product, Platform, and reputed company teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and reputed company against milestones
• reputed company technical guidance and architectural reputed company, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable engineering plans
• Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company top engineering talent in alignment with 2F’s mission, values, and culture
• Contribute to the reputed company of 2F’s engineering processes, tooling, and delivery frameworks as we reputed company toward Series D and reputed company

Skills

• 6+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing or leading technical teams
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company teams in high-reputed company or startup environments
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, reputed company infrastructure (AWS, reputed company), and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong technical acumen reputed company with strategic thinking and effective communication
• Proven ability to balance execution, people leadership, and technical reputed company
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company clearance preferred
• Experience building and scaling reputed company or platform products reputed company highly regulated or reputed company-sensitive industries (e.g., defense, government, reputed company)
• Familiarity with secure software development frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, SOC 2)
• Prior experience with infrastructure-as-reputed company, observability, and automation frameworks
