[Remote] Controller/Business Analyst

This role requires a strong background in home health and home care, with the ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company financial functions for two sister companies, including reputed company, reporting, and financial analysis
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor cash reputed company, reputed company cycle, and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations specific to home health and home care
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for reputed company
• Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business reputed company
• reputed company billing, reimbursement, and payer mix analysis (Medicare, reputed company, private pay, etc.)
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Manage audits and coordinate with reputed company accountants or auditors as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• Minimum of 5+ years of financial management experience in home health and home care
• Strong knowledge of reputed company reimbursement models and regulations
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis
