[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to reputed company the reputed company, development, and lifecycle management of engineered products for the water infrastructure and reputed company markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle: requirements, development, launch, pricing, and post-launch performance
• reputed company new product development (NPI) from customer need (VOC) through production
• Translate customer and field requirements into product specifications
• Work closely with R&D / Engineering teams to define and refine product solutions
• Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analysis to support product positioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, reputed company, and Sales
• Support product documentation, technical materials, and commercialization activities
• Engage directly with customers, distributors, and field stakeholders

Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
• Proven experience managing physical / engineered products (not digital-only or marketing roles)
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle (requirements → development → launch)
• Experience working in an reputed company environment (Infrastructure, Water, Utilities, Industrial Equipment, HVAC, Construction or similar)
• Hands-on experience working closely with R&D / Engineering teams
• Strong experience with customer engagement (VOC), market analysis, and product definition
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background)
• Experience in water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience in regulated environments
• Project management certification (PMP / PMI / IPMA)
• Experience working in global organizations
