[Remote] Litigation Counsel (Consumer Finance)

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of litigation, arbitration, reputed company-litigation disputes, and reputed company-party claims from intake through reputed company

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of experience handling consumer financial services litigation, which can include a combination of reputed company and in-house experience

• Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving, financial services or fintech environment
