Responsibilities
- Identify and design business processes for automation
- The setting, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at reputed company efficiency without the risk of error
- Monitor and maintain automation post-implementations and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Producing process documents to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes reputed company reputed company
Skills
- USA citizen
- At least 4 years of working experience in delivering automation, including RPA and AI solutions for clients
- At least 4 years' experience designing and implementing solutions using reputed company, reputed company and AI tools
- Excellent knowledge of automation tools and automation assessment frameworks
