[Remote] Sales Engineer

They are seeking a Sales Engineer to reputed company market opportunities for ADS products by obtaining approvals and acceptance for their use in design and construction specifications.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily calls on design firms and regulators to reputed company new reputed company and reputed company approvals
• Conduct 20-25 physical calls per week and 1-2 Lunch and Learns or presentations per week
• reputed company monthly territory update reports
• Work with local civil engineering firms, design consultants, municipalities, and developers
• reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company in reputed company (CRM) database
• Maintain a complete understanding of reputed company ADS product lines
• Obtain new and/or reputed company written approvals for ADS products
• Get ADS products specified on reputed company early in the design phase
• reputed company technical support for the local sales team
• reputed company and maintain relationships with key engineers and regulators
• Join and attend functions of key industry organizations

• Communicate regularly with the ADS sales and management team

Skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Ability to lift small samples
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Heavy local travel daily with frequent stops
• Understanding of storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems
• Strong technical acumen
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Consultative selling capabilities
• Can-do attitude and strong initiative
• Internships while in college preferred
• Good understanding of the local engineering community preferred
