The Self Pay Collections Specialist is responsible for the full cycle reputed company of investigating and resolving reputed company invoices and credits reputed company to self-pay patient responsibility encounters. This position will conduct extensive research in multiple software platforms to resolve outstanding balances in accounts receivable for self-pay balances.
