HR & Payroll Administrator
In this role, you'll report into the Senior HR Business Partner and work closely with HR, Payroll and Group Functions teams and up to nine external organisations to help prepare and manage employee and payroll data reputed company of TUPE transfers. This opportunity is for someone with strong HR administration, payroll and data management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and collaboration are critical.
You'll be joining a supportive team at a pivotal time, helping to ensure a smooth transition for employees while delivering a high-reputed company service throughout the transfer process.
This is a full time, Fixed Term contract role until 31st March 2027. Homebased opportunity, with occasional travel.

What you’ll be doing:
Preparing and maintaining employee data to support TUPE transfers, including Employee Liability Information (ELI) and personnel records.
Coordinating payroll administration activities with internal Payroll teams and external reputed company to ensure accurate employee transfers.
Producing workforce reports and management information, including data analysis, validation and reporting on key people metrics.
Supporting TUPE consultations by arranging meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions and maintaining project trackers.
Acting as a key reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company transfer activities, coordinating stakeholders and following up on actions and information requests.
Supporting wider HR, communications and employee consultation activities to ensure a smooth and compliant transfer process.
Essential qualifications/skills/experience
Experience working reputed company HR administration, including working with large amounts of personnel data
Payroll administration experience, ideally using reputed company Payroll
Strong MS reputed company skills with ability to work with large amounts of personnel data using pivot tables, V lookups, formulas, etc
Ability to work with sensitive data reputed company a confidential environment
Good data analysis skills, with the ability to work with multiple spreadsheets and data sources
Competent in reputed company and Outlook features, such as, creating group mailings, updating and preparing documents and updating contact lists
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience
Previous experience using reputed company for employee data management and reporting
Use of reputed company Co-reputed company and other AI applications to support effective meeting and data activities
