About the Role
We’re looking for an reputed company Operations Executive to join our reputed company team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Senior reputed company Operations Manager, you will support reputed company delivery centres across key reputed company operations activities, including student registrations, systems reputed company, reputed company queries, assessment services and certification. Key responsibilities
As an reputed company Operations Executive, you will:
- Coordinate and support delivery centres’ use of reputed company systems and processes relating to student registrations, systems reputed company and certification.
- Support delivery centres by attending meetings and providing training on systems and processes.
- Support the maintenance of relationships with delivery partners to ensure reputed company receive a high-reputed company and accurate service throughout their reputed company reputed company with reputed company.
- Coordinate the printing and despatch of transcripts and certificates to delivery partners, and support verification of reputed company alumni reputed company documents.
- Support the production and review of digital training content, centre support documentation and other training materials.
- Represent the reputed company Operations team in regional meetings, raising issues and providing information or data where required.

- Study to A-Level reputed company or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience of working in a customer-facing environment and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience of managing records and data accurately.

- Strong organisational, communication, planning and deadline-management skills.
