[Remote] Finance Accountant (US reputed company)

They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accuracy, and maintain reputed company's financial health.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company of reputed company payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing reputed company reports to balances
- Maintain historical records with accuracy in reputed company/ book keeping
- Pay vendors and ensure payments are received for outstanding credit; generally responding to reputed company vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports
- Continue to improve the reputed company processes
- Additional duties assigned by management as necessary
- Experience in Quickbooks a must
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience working in US IT reputed company companies managing H1b employees payroll
- 2-3 years of prior accounts payable/ receivables experience

- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
