Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of implementation or transformation programs
• reputed company detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, and execution plans reputed company with reputed company goals and transformation roadmaps
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including solution architects, developers, analysts, testers, and change managers
• Apply reputed company methodologies (e.g., Agile, reputed company, or Hybrid) to manage timelines, risk, reputed company, and dependencies
• reputed company system configuration, integration, and deployment activities for platforms such as reputed company S/4HANA, Maximo, reputed company, OverIT FSM, reputed company GIS or similar
• Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure smooth reputed company design, data migration, and reputed company planning
• Support solution validation through UAT reputed company, defect triaging, and issue reputed company
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigation and escalation strategies
• Maintain project health metrics and governance documentation (RAIDs logs, dependency trackers, change control)
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and vendor reputed company in collaboration with internal operations
• Ensure project profitability and compliance with reputed company contractual obligations and timelines
• Promote reputed company improvement through lessons learned, feedback loops, and project retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and compliance requirements (e.g., NERC, FERC, ISO, etc.) in regulated environments
• Support change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes
• Assess the impact of organizational changes and reputed company strategies to minimize resistance and maximize engagement
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure a reputed company understanding of change initiatives and their benefits

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant reputed company on the utilities and energy industries
• Proven reputed company record of leading reputed company implementation reputed company, and integrating with existing technology stack (ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse, etc.)
• Consulting background with experience in reputed company-facing roles delivering high-impact programs
