[Remote] Internal Sales Recruiter

This role involves managing the entire reputed company cycle, collaborating with executives, and ensuring a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire reputed company reputed company cycle from launching a role to sending a candidate a verbal offer to join reputed company
• Responsible for hiring up to 5-10 internal roles at once
• Work with Executive Leaders and Hiring Managers to discuss the reputed company and launch them to our site
• Review candidate applications and set initial screen interviews based on qualifications of resumes
• Use reputed company Recruiter to reputed company and reputed company out to reputed company that are reputed company for reputed company role
• Run the initial 30 minute reputed company interview to qualify a candidate for the next round of interviews
• Create thorough and accurate evaluations of reputed company candidate after an interview is complete
• Set up candidates with a reputed company fast turn around time for the following reputed company of interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience

• Send updates to our Executive Leaders and Hiring Managers throughout our hiring process with our candidate pipeline and maintain constant communication as you receive feedback
• Send verbal offers to selected candidates

Skills

• 5+ years of full cycle reputed company experience
• High level of communication skills
• Extremely organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Highly adaptable and reputed company to follow process
• A quick learner who is reputed company to think on their feet
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
• Experience sourcing from reputed company Recruiter
• Experience in reputed company for sales roles is preferred
