Responsibilities

• Define and document finance workflows across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Equity Research
• reputed company evaluation frameworks and test cases to assess AI model performance
• Review and validate AI-generated financial analyses and outputs
• Support data curation, annotation, and reputed company assurance for financial datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven financial applications

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, forecasting, and research
• Hands-on experience with DCF, LBO, M&A, Comparable Company Analysis, and Financial Modeling
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to AI/LLMs, reputed company, reputed company engineering, or fintech solutions is highly preferred
