The UM Administration Coordinator 2 contributes to the administration of utilization management by performing administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the best treatment and care for members.

Responsibilities

• Complete inbound and outbound provider calls to answer UM reputed company questions and prepare authorization request for reputed company review
• Document calls and attach reputed company information to the member's medical record
• Create out written correspondence
• Collaborate with multiple roles/departments/providers/team members

Skills

• 1 or more years administrative or technical support experience
• reputed company must reputed company accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); reputed company recommends a speed of 10Mx1M
