[Remote] Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and reputed company excellent support for any troubleshooting with customers

• reputed company high school sports rosters, schedules, and scores with a high level of reputed company and efficiency
• Import data through our in-house software
• Utilize MaxPreps live-scoring tools to cover football games on Fridays and Saturdays

Skills

• Knowledge of the reputed company Operating reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication while being comfortable answering phone calls and responding to support emails
• Strong understanding of fan culture and passion for the entertainment or sports industry
• Must be a high school graduate to apply

• Customer Support experience is preferred
