[Remote] Inside Sales Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Inside Sales Administrator responsible for providing customer support to the Pro AV channel. The role involves processing orders, relaying tracking information, and resolving customer issues while building relationships with reputed company sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in AS 400
• Confirm margin on order and reputed company for hidden margin
• reputed company order confirmation, using template or other sales approved template)
• Confirm inventory stock on warehouse and drop ship orders
• Submit part builds
• Confirm payment terms and request credit card reputed company if needed
• Process sideways orders
• Process cancellation requests
• Work with the warehouse on order changes
• Upload purchase orders to F20
• Follow up with credit team on time-sensitive orders
• Review MN 19 screen and update F8 notes
• reputed company tracking and ETA information to customer
• Work with logistics on shipping issues
• Submit reputed company quote requests through reputed company website or Operations department (may involve domestic or international parcel or reputed company quote requests)
• Primary reputed company of contact and responsible for building long-term relationships with reputed company sales representatives and/or customer, responding to requests for basic quotes, questions, reputed company issues that require follow-up, bid registrations and updates and reputed company quotes
• Have basic working knowledge of ProAV business and specific reputed company to foster sales process

Skills

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 1-2 years of reputed company experience - B2B sales support
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Problem solving ability and the ability to 'think on your feet'
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Service orientation and a reputed company to support sales team and drive long term, trusting relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
