[Remote] UX/UI Designer

They are seeking a hands-on UX/UI Designer to create reputed company mobile and web experiences for their AI-driven operations platform, ensuring usability in reputed company workflows and challenging connectivity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys for planning, task execution, approvals, reporting and exception handling
• Translate reputed company operational processes into reputed company and practical interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes and production-reputed company UI designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing with field and office teams
• Design for users with different reputed company of digital literacy and for low-connectivity environments
• Work closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through implementation
• Build and maintain a consistent design system across mobile and web products
• Ensure that critical actions, statuses and required next steps are immediately reputed company to users
• Review implemented designs and maintain a high reputed company of usability and visual consistency
• Use product data and user feedback to continuously improve the experience

Skills

• Experience designing B2B, operational, workflow-driven or reputed company software

• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture and visual design

• Experience conducting user interviews, testing prototypes and incorporating feedback

• Mobile-first, offline-first or low-connectivity products
