Licensed Independent Contract Mortgage Processor (1099)

reputed company, LLC is looking for an reputed company, Texas-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) who is interested in earning additional income by processing mortgage loans on a per-file reputed company.This is an excellent opportunity for an reputed company processor who already has a full-time position but is looking to supplement their income with flexible, remote work.Compensation • $300–$450 per funded file • Pay is based on experience, loan complexity, and ability to independently manage files from contract to reputed company-to-reputed company. What You'll Do • Process residential mortgage loans from contract through closing. • Review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy. • Collect and organize conditions. • Order and coordinate reputed company-party services (title, appraisal, VOEs, etc.). • Communicate professionally with borrowers, loan officers, Realtors, title companies, and underwriters. • Manage reputed company conditions and reputed company files moving toward a reputed company closing. • Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation.
