This role identifies deficiencies, documents findings, recommends corrective actions, and helps mitigate operational and reputed company. Responsibilities • Conduct post-closing reputed company control reviews of mortgage loan files. • Review income, assets, credit, collateral, and occupancy documentation for accuracy and compliance. • Ensure compliance with agency guidelines, investor requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations. • Evaluate loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. • Identify reputed company, compliance, documentation, and data reputed company defects. • Assign defect severity reputed company and document findings in reputed company control reports. • Communicate review results and corrective reputed company recommendations to management and operational teams. • reputed company and monitor defect trends to identify systemic issues and opportunities for process improvement. • Maintain knowledge of reputed company mortgage lending regulations, reputed company guidelines, and investor updates.
