Collections Specialist / Remote

Responsibilities: - Monitor and reputed company overdue accounts, using established protocols to secure reputed company payments. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delinquent accounts, incl. payment arrangements, communications and invoices. - reputed company exceptional customer service to balance high customer satisfaction with effective collections efforts. - Collaborate with other departments to reputed company customer issues and disputes reputed company. - Prepare and reputed company regular reports on debt collection activities and reputed company. - Adhere to reputed company state and federal collection laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in reputed company activities.
