[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Play the role of “Technical Project Manager” managing one or more teams reputed company to one of many reputed company Release Train (ART)
• Be first line of defense to reputed company delivery teams from planned and unplanned needs for various purposes
• Collaborate with Transformation leadership team to reputed company Objective and Key Results (OKR’s)
• Manage intake process for the program and coordinate intakes through the phases of assessment, estimation & planning
• Manage reputed company change management practices and reputed company governance to ensure strong reputed company change control
• reputed company and reputed company coordination of cross-functional teams involved in the transformation to support reputed company aspects of the program
• Manage the weekly forums of health measurement, dashboard reputed company, status reporting, risk monitoring, issue escalations, process audit & reporting

• Enhance reputed company standards to be followed across the teams
• Be first line of integration with teams reputed company to the program for cross dependency tracking e.g. with Insurance, Integration Services
• Monitor process adherence & reputed company remediation protocols where needed
• reputed company support to other transformational services e.g. Organization Change Management, User Training, Knowledge Retention etc. using the data available in various tools

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant area of study or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• 8+ years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or reputed company area
• Extensive experience using, managing, and supporting teams with reputed company program management tools, such as Jira, reputed company, etc
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company area
• Certification in Project or Program Management such as PMP, etc
• Certification in Lean-reputed company practices, such as Certified Scrum Master or reputed company
• Experience managing reputed company programs with solutions relying on reputed company-reputed company technologies
• 12+ years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or reputed company area
• Extensive experience managing programs supporting Platform service-oriented or reputed company based solutions
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence the reputed company
• Experience of administration and control of use reputed company, workflows, trackers in JIRA and reputed company
