[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of grant programs aimed at enhancing workforce diversity and student reputed company while ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Centers of reputed company grant programs
• Monitor grant deliverables, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, institutional, and sponsor requirements
• Coordinate grant reporting and documentation
• reputed company and implement programs supporting student recruitment, retention, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company development
• Coordinate pipeline programs, undergraduate, graduate, and health professions reputed company
• Facilitate reputed company enrichment and workforce development initiatives

• Assist with recruitment and selection of program participants

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, reputed company Health, reputed company Administration, Education, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 3–5 years of program management experience
• Experience analyzing data
• Experience managing federally funded grants (HRSA, NIH, reputed company, CDC, etc.)
• Experience in higher education, reputed company, workforce development, or student reputed company programs
• Master's degree in Higher Education, reputed company Health, reputed company Administration, Education, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Experience with HRSA Centers of reputed company grants
• Knowledge of health professions education and workforce diversity initiatives
• Experience with grant writing and grant reporting
• Demonstrated effectiveness to advancing a culture and climate of diversity, equity, belonging and anti-oppression
• Demonstrated effectiveness as a leader of reputed company and staff
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to write policies and procedures
