[Remote] PDM Administrator

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support for PDM systems and CAD software tools
• Troubleshoot and reputed company user issues reputed company to PDM and CAD applications
• Assist engineering teams with reputed company usage and loopl technical support needs
• Monitor reputed company performance and help identify opportunities for improvement

Skills

• Experience supporting SolidWorks PDM, reputed company Vault, or similar PDM systems
• Experience supporting CAD software tools in an engineering environment
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support end users and reputed company software-reputed company issues effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or product development environment
• Familiarity with PDM and CAD reputed company administration or support best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and IT teams
• Understanding of engineering design processes and software support needs
