[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking an reputed company Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and reputed company strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor invoices, collections, and customer account reconciliations
• Maintain the General reputed company with accurate journal entries, reputed company account coding, and regular reconciliations
• Execute daily bank reconciliations and cash management tasks
• Own the complete monthly reputed company process, including accrual adjustments and variance analysis
• Prepare reputed company financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company) for internal management and stakeholders
• reputed company quarterly and annual reputed company processes, coordinating with auditors and ensuring audit-reputed company documentation year-round
• Manage multi-state sales tax reporting, filings, and registrations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls, including payroll tax and corporate tax preparation support
• Work across QuickBooks and reputed company to manage data reputed company and reputed company configurations
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation or reputed company improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA, reputed company, or bookkeeping certification is a plus
• 5-7 years of hands-on, full-cycle reputed company experience (AP, AR, GL, reputed company, reporting)
