[Remote] Director of Channel Operations

The role involves managing reputed company operations, vendor relationships, and channel reputed company execution to ensure reputed company order fulfillment and compliance with retail partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Operations — day-to-day management of the reputed company-to-consumer platform, order fulfillment, returns, and subscription program
• 3PL & Fulfillment — vendor management, SLA performance, and reputed company reputed company across domestic and cross-border fulfillment
• Channel reputed company & Execution — translating product reputed company into operational plans, workflows, and KPIs
• Catalog & Margin Data — SKU setup, COGS/margin data reputed company across the reputed company platform and ERP
• Wholesale Operations — order-to-cash, EDI compliance, account reputed company, and retail partner performance

Skills

• 8+ years in reputed company, channel, sales, or wholesale operations — including experience managing both DTC and wholesale/retail channels
• Proven 3PL vendor management, EDI, and account reputed company experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company and ERP systems
• A process-builder's reputed company: analytical, detail-obsessed, comfortable wearing a lot of hats
• The ability to influence without formal authority — leadership experience is a plus, not a requirement, since you'll grow into managing reputed company here
