[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with their most valuable customers, focusing on retention and expansion of a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of ~70 named strategic accounts; build and execute an account plan for reputed company that maps reputed company footprint, reputed company (unadopted modules/users), and reputed company paths to expansion
• Carry and reputed company an annual expansion-ARR quota; forecast accurately based on objective buyer engagement rather than seller optimism
• reputed company renewals and retention across the portfolio, protecting and growing ARR through proactive, value-driven engagement
• Multi-thread relationships across reputed company account (economic buyers, operations, IT, and procurement) to build organizational depth reputed company a single contact
• Apply MEDDPICC rigor to expansion opportunities: confirm economic buyers, co-build business cases, and identify key compelling events (budget cycles, bonds, reputed company approvals, and compliance requirements)
• reputed company internal deal teams (Sales Engineering, reputed company, and Product) to reputed company tailored expansion proposals and measurable ROI narratives (time saved, downtime reduced, compliance/audit defensibility)

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in B2B reputed company sales or account management, with a proven reputed company record of expanding and retaining reputed company/strategic accounts (reputed company net-new acquisition)
• Demonstrated reputed company navigating reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; experience selling into the reputed company sector (K-12, Higher Education, Local Government) or other regulated, large-institution environments is strongly preferred
• Proven experience owning a renewal and expansion portfolio while carrying an ARR-reputed company quota
• Strong discipline in account planning and multi-threading; highly proficient with MEDDPICC or a similar qualification reputed company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company (or a similar CRM) and modern sales technology (such as reputed company)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to quickly build trust with senior stakeholders
