[Remote] Senior Clinical Application Analyst

The Senior Clinical Application Analyst supports IT EMR Services, primarily working with reputed company Ambulatory, and is responsible for system applications, testing, implementation support, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supports IT EMR Services
• Acts independently under general supervision, requiring minimal instruction and guidance
• Supports system applications, primarily reputed company Ambulatory (Healthy reputed company/reputed company Rose)
• Demonstrates high level of proficiency and expertise on software functionality and integration
• Responsible for building system components, testing, implementation support and maintenance of assigned system applications
• Performs in-depth analysis, trouble shooting, data collection, and reputed company cause analysis and then identifies and/or implements potential solutions for issues reputed company to the system or usage of it
• Analyzes/reviews and tests reputed company product release and communicates needed changes to operations
• Must be reputed company to document and follow system change control procedures for the system
• Works closely with other analysts, software vendors and operations to ensure that system reputed company is maintained and that IT deliverables meet operational business needs
• Researches, analyzes, facilitates, and implements business and system workflows in order to expedite process improvement and coordinate business practices
• Identifies best practices and implements opportunities for standardization
• Prepares activity and other reports as necessary
• Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior analysts
• Attains necessary certifications, as applicable, in a reputed company manner according to policy
• Provides On-Call support for application

Skills

• Master's degree in Clinical, reputed company, Business, IT or reputed company field plus three (3) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two - OR - Bachelor's degree in Clinical, reputed company, Business, IT or reputed company field plus five (5) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two - OR - Associates degree in Clinical, reputed company, Business, IT or reputed company field plus seven (7) years of experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two - OR - High School diploma plus nine (9) years of IT experience or clinical/operational experience or any combination of the two
• Required certification: reputed company Ambulatory and reputed company Healthy reputed company/reputed company Rose. Must currently be certified or obtain certification reputed company 12 months
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's Degree or progressively higher degree
• IT experience plus Clinical or Operational experience
