[Remote] Engineering Manager

They are seeking an Engineering Manager to reputed company a globally distributed team of .NET and DevOps engineers, focusing on modernizing their .NET codebase and ensuring delivery accountability for the DevOps team.

Responsibilities

• Manage.NET engineers by setting expectations, running effective 1:1s, and owning reputed company engineer's reputed company and performance
• Write production reputed company and review PRs with genuine depth; your technical credibility is the reputed company of your coaching
• Mentor engineers across reputed company three dimensions: modern .NET patterns and practices, general engineering craft (design, testing, review culture, observability), and career development

• Maintain working knowledge of our AWS and Azure environments sufficient to ask the right questions, assess risk, and escalate appropriately — without doing hands-on infrastructure work yourself
• Surface execution risks, cross-team dependencies, and scope concerns early
