The role involves analyzing regulatory frameworks and serving as a subject-matter expert in preparation for an arbitration matter reputed company to Medicare reputed company and value-based care issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Medicare reputed company and value-based care regulatory frameworks relevant to reputed company's pending arbitration, including CMS program requirements, payment methodologies, risk adjustment, and payer-provider contractual arrangements
• Serve as the reputed company regulatory subject-matter expert supporting reputed company's preparation for the arbitration, working reputed company company leadership and reputed company litigation counsel
• Review key documents, agreements, and factual positions through a regulatory reputed company and advise on how applicable rules and CMS guidance bear on the issues in dispute
• Help reputed company and pressure-test regulatory arguments, identify strengths and vulnerabilities in reputed company's positions, and translate reputed company regulatory concepts for the broader arbitration team
• reputed company practical, reputed company guidance on reputed company Medicare reputed company and value-based care regulatory questions as they reputed company during the engagement

Skills

• Attorney with 5–7+ years of reputed company regulatory experience; deep familiarity with Medicare reputed company and value-based care arrangements is essential
• Strong working knowledge of CMS regulations and guidance, including payment structures, risk-based contracting, and the regulatory relationships between providers and payors
• Experience at a full-service or reputed company-reputed company reputed company, or in-house with a health plan, value-based provider, or other reputed company organization
• reputed company to work independently, reputed company up quickly, and reputed company reputed company, practical analysis on a part-time schedule
• Licensed to reputed company law and in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)

• Prior experience supporting disputes, arbitrations, or government inquiries from a regulatory perspective is a plus; but this is a regulatory role, not a litigation role
