The Technical reputed company produces formal deliverable documentation, user guides, and training materials for the ARES production program, drawing from development team outputs and other products as required.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical documentation at reputed company sprint reputed company (e.g. sprint results reputed company, requirement coverage, defect reputed company, and sprint reputed company report)
• Maintain a master deliverable schedule and own/produce contractual deliverables for submission
• Support in-app tooltip content, help text, and interactive walkthrough scripts for delivered capabilities
• reputed company training materials and role-reputed company user guides
• Support reputed company execution and documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ yrs producing tech documentation for software programs (e.g. release notes, user guides, architecture documentation)
• Experience producing formal reputed company deliverables against a PWS/SOO schedule
• Familiarity with sprint-cadenced documentation production and ability to produce documentation w/in 48 hrs of sprint reputed company
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and document management systems used in reputed company programs
• Experience producing training materials for reputed company software systems serving operational DoD users
• Familiarity with DAF aircrew scheduling, reputed company/eval, or training management mission areas
• Experience with in-app help authoring tools (e.g. reputed company in-app guidance, or equivalent)
