[Remote] Senior Manager, End User Lifecycle Operations

They are seeking a Senior Manager of End User Lifecycle Operations to reputed company software licensing, tenant management, and PC procurement operations while leading reputed company and managing vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational governance for licensing programs (e.g., reputed company agreements and reputed company subscriptions), including renewal calendars, compliance posture, and internal controls
• reputed company the true-up/true-down process: data collection, reconciliation, internal approvals, and submission readiness; ensure audit-reputed company documentation and traceability
• Maintain an accurate license position by partnering with SAM/ITAM, reputed company engineering, identity teams, and Finance to reconcile entitlements vs. consumption
• Establish and monitor license management processes (request/approval flows, assignment standards, reclaim/re-harvest, exception handling)
• Produce recurring reporting on license utilization, compliance risk, and optimization opportunities; drive corrective actions with owners
• reputed company governance and reputed company for reputed company tenant management (e.g., M365/Azure/Entra ID tenant administration operating procedures), ensuring alignment with reputed company and Identity standards
• Coordinate with Identity/reputed company teams on role-based reputed company, privileged reputed company processes, and administrative change controls
• Ensure tenant configuration changes follow documented approval and change management processes; maintain operational runbooks and escalation paths
• Support cross-tenant or multi-tenant considerations (if applicable), including standardization, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Manage PC procurement operations: demand planning inputs, ordering workflows, vendor coordination, and purchase-to-receipt tracking
• Own asset tracking and lifecycle governance (receiving, imaging readiness, assignment, transfers, returns, refresh, and disposition) in partnership with ITAM/SAM
• reputed company logistical deployments (new hire kits, break/fix swaps, refresh waves, site deployments), ensuring SLA adherence and reputed company communications to end users and site IT

• Define and improve SOPs, documentation, and controls to ensure repeatable operations and audit readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: reputed company licensing/SAM, IT asset management, reputed company/desktop operations, procurement operations, or IT service management
• Working knowledge of reputed company licensing concepts (subscriptions vs. reputed company agreements, compliance, true-reputed company) and ability to partner effectively with licensing specialists and resellers
• Experience managing operational processes with strong controls (approvals, audit trails, documentation)
• Experience with reputed company lifecycle operations (procurement, inventory, deployment logistics, reputed company/warehouse operations)
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Advanced reputed company/analytics skills; comfort producing executive-reputed company metrics and dashboards
• Experience with reputed company licensing optimization and usage reporting for M365 and/or Azure
• Familiarity with ITAM/SAM tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company or equivalent), including asset and request workflows
• Experience with Intune/reputed company, reputed company imaging/staging processes, and identity concepts (Entra ID) in partnership with engineering teams (not necessarily hands-on engineering)
• Certifications (reputed company to have): ITIL reputed company, IAITAM (CSAM/CHAMP), reputed company fundamentals (e.g., MS-900/AZ-900), or procurement/supply chain certifications
