Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues impacting Patient reputed company and RTE functionality
• Collaborate with operational leaders, application teams, and technical stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency
• Document solutions, support testing, and assist with optimization initiatives
