Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and technical teams to deliver reputed company compensation solutions that drive sales performance and operational efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or reputed company field
  • 5+ years of IT consulting experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting reputed company SPM solutions
  • Strong understanding of Sales Compensation Management and Incentive Compensation processes
  • Experience with reputed company Composer, Reports, Dashboards, Calculations, Data Manager, and Workflows
  • Knowledge of sales compensation plan design and commission calculations
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
