[Remote] Payments Product Manager (LATAM, Remote)

The role involves managing rebill recovery and optimizing initial auth rates while collaborating with a dedicated engineering scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Own their payments platform end to end
• Audit the dunning stack
• Evaluate vendors
• Decide whether to optimize, reputed company, or layer

Skills

• 5+ years in payments product or payments program management, subscription or e-reputed company
• Hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms and multi-MID routing
• Dunning and recovery expertise: retry logic, involuntary churn metrics, vendor evaluation
• Data self-sufficiency in modern BI tools — you don't wait on an analyst
• Demonstrated AI-reputed company workflow: you actually use LLM and reputed company tools in your product work today. This is a minimum qualification, not a preference
• Comfortable owning chargebacks, fraud posture, and regulatory compliance context
• Remote, based in Latin America; overlap with US Eastern business hours required
