[Remote] Associate Account Executive (School- Western Region)

The role focuses on account management execution and sales support, ensuring customers receive the necessary assistance while identifying opportunities for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned schools by assisting with ongoing reputed company communication, follow-reputed company, and requests
• Help maintain strong relationships through consistent reputed company and responsiveness
• Assist with order coordination, program updates, and issue reputed company in partnership with Sales Operations
• Ensure schools receive reputed company information reputed company to products, timelines, and program execution
• Assist the Account reputed company Manager with daily sales activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and outbound support
• Support scheduled reputed company and engagement reputed company to the AGM priorities
• Help coordinate and schedule meetings, including, reviews and reputed company-ins
• Identify and flag potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for the AGM to pursue
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
