Responsibilities
- Test case creation and execution
- Defect tracking and management
- Regression testing
- Experience testing child-support workflows, including: Case management, Paternity, Court orders, Income withholding, Enforcement, Payments and arrears, Interstate cases
Skills
- 7+ years of software testing or UAT experience
- Hands-on experience with Child Support Enforcement or Title IV-D systems
- Strong experience in test case creation and execution
- Defect tracking and management
- Regression testing
- Experience testing child-support workflows, including case management, paternity, court orders, income withholding, enforcement, payments and arrears, interstate cases
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, qTest, or similar
- SQL and data validation experience
