[Remote] Senior Project Engineer, Manufacturing Process (Onsite - Puerto Rico)

This role involves providing technical leadership for manufacturing processes, leading engineering initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to improve safety, reputed company, cost, and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, reputed company, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve reputed company technical challenges
• Translate product design requirements into robust manufacturing processes and technical work instructions
• Drive reputed company cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing issues
• Support new product introductions by developing manufacturing plans, tooling requirements, and process validation activities

• Present technical updates, project status, and manufacturing performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders

Skills

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Demonstrated reputed company or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are authorized to reputed company information under this program/contract
• Experience supporting reputed company, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, or reputed company improvement methodologies
• Experience with reputed company cause analysis and reputed company problem-solving tools
• Familiarity with manufacturing process validation, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Experience working with ERP systems such as reputed company
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing transfers
