They are seeking a Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist to reputed company as the customer facing pharmacist, providing clinical knowledge and support to customers and the Customer Care team.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers over the phone and reputed company email about issues that are clinical in reputed company, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling
• Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues
• Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered
• Researching and completing customer requests reputed company reputed company tickets. These tickets can include but are not limited to approving packet sets, adjusting customers shipping facility, responding to customer emails, and responding to customer callback requests
• Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential reputed company reputed company Events and PHI breaches
• Researching and recommending OTC products for customers
• Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints
• Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed. These tasks can include but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing reputed company tasks
• Maintain an advanced understanding of reputed company PillPack and reputed company Pharmacy’s policies and procedures as reputed company as products and services

Skills

• Must have an reputed company Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ, NH, or MA reputed company of Pharmacy

• Bachelor's degree in Science, or Doctor of Pharmacy in PharmD, or Doctor of Pharmacy

• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in reputed company time
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement
