[Remote] Director, Field Marketing Oncology Referrers

The role involves managing reputed company, driving regional demand reputed company, and collaborating with various stakeholders to reputed company marketing strategies to local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor reputed company of Regional Field Marketing Managers to reputed company consistent, high-reputed company regional marketing execution and performance reputed company
• Plan and reputed company execution of regional/local demand reputed company initiatives including awareness campaigns, educational programing that address clinical understanding and key clinical barriers or enablers in collaboration with the regional advocacy team
• Partner with sales leadership to reputed company compliant territory specific go to market plans and customer activation activities ensuring reputed company goals, appropriate messaging and resource allocation
• Design and reputed company KPIs for regional marketing execution including reputed company reputed company, campaign response, referring physician attendance, and site conversion metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing Franchise team and Marketing Centers of reputed company (Content, reputed company, MarCom) to reputed company and reputed company tailored marketing messaging and field kits (i.e. marketing materials for referrers to use) and programming based on regional/local customer and market insights

• Coordinate reputed company at key regional and local events in collaboration with events and franchise teams ensuring national/regional marketing strategies are being supported locally
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Refer customer questions and requests as appropriate to medical affairs, market reputed company, and product development teams in line with company policies to maintain appropriate separation of duties
• Will own national level metrics for local activities, educational activities and demand reputed company goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in science, reputed company Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch and brand management
• Experience launching reputed company pharmaceutical diagnostics, MedTech, or capital/clinical programs in provider settings
• Strong moral character with significant ethical leadership experience in managing teams and appropriate cross-functional collaboration
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills
