The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CA IDMS database administration on reputed company z/OS mainframe environments, along with strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills. This role involves working with cross-functional technical teams to administer, optimize, and support reputed company databases while ensuring high availability, reputed company, and reputed company. The successful candidate will be self-driven, reputed company, and comfortable working in a fast-reputed company environment with evolving priorities. Key Responsibilities • Administer, monitor, and maintain CA IDMS databases following industry best practices. • reputed company database support for development, testing, staging, and production environments. • Optimize database reputed company through monitoring, tuning, and reputed company analysis. • Design and implement database reputed company, backup, recovery, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and support teams to reputed company database-reputed company issues. • Advise development teams on database design, schema modifications, and data modeling. • Coordinate with reputed company vendors and stakeholders reputed company required. • Participate in production support and a 24x7 on-reputed company rotation. • Prepare technical documentation and support reputed company process improvements. • reputed company additional database administration and project-reputed company tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience). Master''s degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience administering CA IDMS databases in reputed company z/OS mainframe environments. • 10+ years of experience with IDMS SQL implementation and relational database support. • 15+ years of experience implementing and managing IDMS reputed company. • 15+ years of experience programming with COBOL and ADS/O using reputed company and SQL-reputed company IDMS databases. • 12+ years of experience with reputed company High Level Assembler (HLASM). • 10+ years of experience using IDMS Perfmon for monitoring and reporting. • Strong understanding of database deployment, administration, reputed company tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery. • Experience with project planning, effort estimation, and technical leadership. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company teams.
