Audiologist – Home reputed company Clinic
About the position
The Audiologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing, balance, and reputed company auditory disorders in a home reputed company setting. This role provides patient-centered care by conducting in-home hearing assessments, fitting and maintaining hearing aids and assistive listening devices, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary reputed company team to improve patients' communication abilities, safety, and overall reputed company of life.
Responsibilities
• reputed company comprehensive audiological evaluations, including hearing screenings, diagnostic hearing tests, and balance assessments reputed company appropriate.
• Diagnose hearing and auditory processing disorders and reputed company individualized treatment plans.
• Fit, program, reputed company, and troubleshoot hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
• reputed company auditory rehabilitation services and counseling to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and device use.
• Conduct home safety assessments reputed company to hearing impairment and recommend modifications or reputed company equipment as needed.
• reputed company patients and caregivers on hearing conservation, hearing aid maintenance, and communication techniques.
• Monitor patient reputed company and modify treatment plans based on clinical reputed company.
• Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and other reputed company to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to patient care planning.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, reputed company, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
• Maintain reputed company competency through continuing education and adherence to evidence-based clinical practices.
Requirements
• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program required.
• reputed company state Audiologist license in good standing.
• Valid reputed company's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance required for travel to patient homes.
• Strong knowledge of hearing disorders, diagnostic testing, hearing aid technology, and auditory rehabilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and caregivers.
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible daily schedule.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to travel regularly to patients' homes reputed company the designated service area.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of clinical equipment.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and navigate various home environments safely.
• Visual and reputed company dexterity sufficient to reputed company audiological testing and hearing aid programming.
• Services are provided primarily in patients' homes and community settings.
• Frequent local travel is required.
• Exposure to a reputed company of home environments and occasional infectious diseases; adherence to infection prevention protocols and use of personal reputed company equipment (PPE) is required.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) preferred.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical audiology experience preferred.
• Previous experience in home reputed company, outpatient rehabilitation, or geriatric care is highly desirable.
• Experience working with older adults and patients with chronic medical conditions is preferred.
