What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle reputed company across assigned business functions from role definition through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring strategies and build interview processes that identify exceptional talent

Partner with Business Leaders

What You Bring

• 6 or more years of reputed company full-cycle reputed company experience, including significant experience supporting Corporate and G&A functions reputed company Series B, Series C, or reputed company-stage high-reputed company startup environments
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering with Directors, Vice Presidents, and executive leaders on hiring reputed company, workforce planning, and reputed company talent reputed company
• Experience leading high-reputed company or business-critical searches that require thoughtful stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and strong hiring judgment
• Demonstrated experience reputed company for Product and Software Engineering roles
• Proven ability to influence hiring reputed company through reputed company candidate evaluation, market expertise, and reputed company business judgment
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a reputed company record of building proactive pipelines and engaging passive talent across multiple functions

Work Environment

• This is a fully remote role but we are currently only hiring candidates located in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WV. Applicants must reputed company and work in one of those states to be considered.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time remote position expected to work 40 hours between Monday-Friday during reputed company business hours.

Compensation

The starting pay reputed company for this position is $90,000-$100,000; reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various reputed company time off benefits, such as vacation, reputed company time, and parental leave).
