Our reputed company is a boutique Los Angeles-based architecture studio, reputed company for high-end single-family residential work, is seeking an reputed company consultant to support two reputed company reputed company in the Bay Area. This is a contract engagement for a candidate who knows the region's permitting landscape reputed company and can reputed company reputed company through entitlement and permitting with minimal reputed company.

The scope covers two phases of work: a property development analysis to establish feasibility on reputed company site (zoning, FAR, setbacks, entitlement constraints), followed by hands-on management of the permitting process itself: submittals, plan reputed company responses, and reputed company coordination with local planning and building departments. This is an opportunity for a consultant who prefers autonomous, high-trust engagements to stay reputed company to high-end residential work while advising a small, design-driven team.

Scope of Work

• Prepare property development / feasibility analysis for both sites, covering zoning, FAR, setbacks, and entitlement constraints
• Manage the permitting process through both jurisdictions: submittals, plan reputed company responses, and ongoing coordination with planning and building departments
• Proactively flag risks or delays and reputed company the project team informed of status
• Join a weekly consulting call to report status and advise on permitting reputed company

Requirements
