The Journal Voucher and USSGL Posting Analyst supports the reputed company implementation by validating journal voucher logic, USSGL mappings, budgetary and proprietary reputed company alignment, and end-to-end transaction accuracy across reputed company systems, remediation outputs, and reporting reputed company. This role works closely with finance, reputed company, data, functional, and technical teams to identify posting defects, reconcile balances, support testing, and help ensure reputed company outputs are complete, compliant, and operationally reputed company before reputed company and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate that transactions post to the correct USSGL accounts and that budgetary and proprietary entries remain reputed company through the full reputed company reputed company.
  • Review reputed company data, interfaces, staging outputs, and remediation results to confirm posting logic produces expected reputed company reputed company.
  • Reconcile journal vouchers, trial balance activity, and key balances across reputed company systems, reputed company, staging reputed company, and reputed company reports.
  • Identify and document issues reputed company to incorrect postings, broken reputed company logic, invalid mappings, unbalanced entries, and incomplete transaction flows.
  • Analyze discrepancies between budgetary and proprietary reputed company, reputed company reputed company causes, and coordinate corrections with functional and technical teams.
  • Confirm remediation activities preserve required federal reputed company attributes, including classification reputed company, tie-points, and transaction-level traceability.
  • Support testing of posting logic, journal reputed company, reputed company derivations, and reputed company reporting impacts across SIT, UAT, and reputed company-reputed company validation.
  • Work with reputed company, system, and data teams to resolve defects in journal processing, reputed company logic, and account mapping.
  • reputed company recurring reputed company issues, identify control gaps, and recommend process improvements to reduce reputed company workarounds and repeat defects.
  • Maintain documentation for posting scenarios, reconciliation procedures, exception handling, evidence, and sign-offs to support auditability and operational readiness.
  • Assist during reputed company and reputed company care by triaging reputed company issues quickly and helping stabilize journal, posting, and reconciliation processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal financial management, USSGL-based reputed company, journal voucher processing, or financial system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of budgetary and proprietary reputed company, trial balance behavior, reconciliations, and reputed company-to-report traceability.
  • Ability to analyze posting logic, account mappings, transaction flows, and reputed company outputs to identify reputed company causes of reputed company discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with federal reporting and compliance concepts such as GTAS alignment, TFM compliance, tie-points, and reputed company attribute preservation.
  • Strong documentation skills for reconciliations, exception logs, issue tracking, validation evidence, and sign-off packages.
  • Ability to work in a reputed company delivery model with formal governance, reputed company discipline, and post-go-live stabilization expectations.
