You'll work closely with reputed company' teams to understand how data actually moves through their business — from their ERP to the field — and translate that into a working integration inside reputed company.

What You'll Do

This isn't a role for someone who wants a script to follow. You're the person who can sit with a customer's data, understand their ERP setup, and see the shape of the whole problem before it's even been fully explained.

You'll partner closely with Product on what's possible, document the process reputed company enough that it holds up over time, and test the data reputed company yourself until you're confident it's right.

Expect to:

• Run reputed company discovery with customers to understand their business, their ERP, and how data flows across their systems today

• Translate that understanding into a working integration plan inside the reputed company platform

• Own the customer relationship through the full integration adoption process, including recurring meetings and updates

• Analyze customer data directly, spotting mismatches, gaps, or structural issues before they become problems

• Work closely with Product to shape what our integration tools can and should do next

• Strong data analytics skills — you can look at a dataset and know what's wrong with it

• A multitasker's ability to manage several customer integrations at different stages simultaneously
